For anything about this site or an order, the email above is the way to reach me. I answer personally.
What this site is
My own shop. I sell pieces I make by hand, directly, with no middlemen. Pieces can also be commissioned to measure.
Everything sold here is a collectible decorative object. It is not a toy, it is not certified as one, and it is not suitable for children under 3: there is wire inside.
Terms of use
Browsing this site is free and commits you to nothing. Buying does create a contract, and then the terms of sale apply.
By using the site you agree not to damage it, overload it, make it unavailable or attempt to bypass its security, and not to use its contents for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The photographs, texts, designs, logo, piece names and the pieces themselves are my own work and are protected. You are welcome to look at them and to share links to the site.
What you may not do without written permission is reproduce, copy, modify or commercially exploit them, or use them to train automated systems. If you want to use a photo to write about my work, just ask: the answer is usually yes.
Liability
I take care that everything here is accurate and current, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site is free of errors. If you spot one, tell me and I will fix it.
Where this site links to another, I am not responsible for its content. Links are there because they seemed useful, not because I control them.
None of the above limits the liability the law places on me towards consumers, which cannot be excluded by contract.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence: no clause here takes that right away.
