Everything leaves the studio in Spain. Each fairy travels in a flat kraft box, wrapped in tissue paper, with no plastic at all.

- How long does it take?
- Spain 2-4 working days. European Union 4-8. United States and Canada 6-12. Every order leaves the studio within 3 working days.
- Will I pay customs if I order from outside the EU?
- No. Orders to the United States and Canada ship with duties and taxes prepaid at checkout (DDP). The price in your cart is the final price: no surprise invoice from the carrier.
- Why is there a minimum order for the United States?
- Because international shipping costs roughly the same whether I send one fairy or three. At €90 the transport cost stops being out of proportion to what you are buying.
- Can I return it?
- Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw, no explanation needed. The creature must come back in the same condition. Return postage is on you.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- Send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we sort it out: full refund or an equivalent piece, whichever you prefer. Shipping is on me.
